TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the status of your order at any time by simply logging into “My Account” and clicking on “My Orders”. If your order states “Awaiting Fulfillment”, your order has been received and is being processed by our warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery tracking number.
If you do not see an order status, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We will be happy to provide you with your order status or tracking information. To better help us assist you, please have your order number and the name on the order ready.
VERIFICATION + SHIPPING
If you need to change or cancel your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you within 2 business days. However, please note that once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING/PENDING ORDER
Unfortunately, new items cannot be added to an existing/pending order. You will have to place a new order.
