14-DAY POLICY: Any returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. For returns, you will be refunded the full amount, minus a $5 restocking fee per item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please return your purchased items in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding return or exchange of your merchandise.
TRY TWO PAIRS PROGRAM: Any items (including the first pair if returning both pairs) selected for the Try Two Pairs Program must be returned within 5 business days after delivery. If no return is made by the 5th business day after delivery date, your credit card on file will be charged for the full price for the second pair. No returns will be permitted once the credit card has been charged. If any additional time is required, please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the expiration of the 5th business day. Please note that additional time is not guaranteed. A $5 restocking fee per item will be charged if both pairs are returned. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding return or exchange of your merchandise.
DAMAGED/USED GOODS: Any damaged or used items may not be returned or exchanged. If you return a damaged or used item and would like to have it shipped back to you, you will be responsible for a reprocessing and shipping charge of $35.
FINAL SALE items and HEMMED items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Follow the steps for an easy and rapid return/exchange.
- Email email@example.com to inquire return labels to ship back your package. Please include your name and order number. A return shipping label will be emailed to you.
- Complete the return/exchange form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package. If you no longer have the return/exchange form please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a new form. Please be sure to print out the form, complete all required information and include it with your return items.
Please Note: We will not be able to process your refund or exchange and we will send your package back to you if you do not include this form with your return. The form must be complete and filled out according to the instructions on the form.
- Pack and seal the return form with the merchandise you wish to return or exchange securely in the original box. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached.
- Drop off you return package at any USPS Location.
Please make note of your tracking number. This number is required to track your return/exchange package.

You must include your order # on the outside of the package. All returned item(s) must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached and unmarked, with the original receipt, box and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction once they have received the information from us (typically 3-6 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
