Ordering and payment
PLACING AN ORDER
When viewing an item on the product detail page, you can add the item to your bag by selecting the size and specifying the quantity needed; then, simply clicking on “Add to Bag”. After you have added the item(s) to your bag, you can review your bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the webpage. You can review and update your item(s) here.
Once you have reviewed your bag, you can either continue shopping or proceed to check out. Once you check out, you will be asked to sign-in to your account or to create an account if you haven’t already done so. Input all the required information listed, and please make sure that the billing information exactly corresponds to the credit card on file. If you want to edit/add a new address, click on “I want to use a new address” and input your new billing address. In the event that your information does not exactly match your credit card on file, you order will be held for verification. This may require us to contact you directly.
After all the information is filled out, you can proceed onto the next step. Please select/input the preferred shipping address. If the information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. Next, choose the preferred shipping method you would like to use for the delivery of your order.
To complete your order, please review your order total and input your payment information. We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit card/Debit card payments. Then, click on “Confirm Order”. Upon completion, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases.
