We all have change of heart.  Need to return something?  Not a problem.  See below for details and instructions on returns and exchanges.

14-DAY POLICY:  Any returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.   All sales are final after 14 days from receipt of your order at your shipping address.  All returns must be approved by 1DENIM.  Please email info@1denim.com for returns approval. 

For returns, you will be refunded the full amount.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Please return your purchased items in unused condition, with its original packaging and all accessories, intact.

DAMAGED/USED GOODS:  Any damaged or used items may not be returned.  If you return a damaged or used item and would like to have it shipped back to you, you will be responsible for a reprocessing and shipping charge of $35.

FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

Returns Processing

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.  You will be notified at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process this transaction once they have received the information from us (typically 3-6 business days).  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


We currently do not offer exchange processing.  Please return any unwanted items in accordance with the RETURNS PROCEDURE and place a new order for the items desired.
